TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all events past, present and future that are operated solely by Dance Fierce UK and are always subject to change(s).
Advertised artists, teachers, DJs and other staff may be changed without prior notice to attending clients. All efforts will be made to ensure that any changes will not affect the quality of the product that has been advertised.
All events booked are subject to the Cancellation Policy, and line-up changes do not qualify for exemption to this policy.
If an event needs to be cancelled by Dance Fierce UK, members will be offered either a full refund or to have their booking transferred to another Dance Fierce UK event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you book and then find you are unable to attend, then you may be able to receive a partial refund of your payment. The amount you will be eligible to receive back is dependent upon the date you advise us of your intention to cancel, at which point you forfeit your booking, and we are free to offer the space for resale.
> If you cancel four (4) weeks before the event date, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
> If you cancel three (3) weeks before the event date, you are entitled to a 25% refund.
> If you cancel two (2) weeks before the event date, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Cancellation notification must be submitted to Barry in writing (via email (dancefierceuk@gmail.com)or messaging) and be received within 24 hours of the cancellation date boundaries above to qualify for the refund. We do not accept cancellations by phone.
We understand that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances as to why you cannot attend (e.g. sudden injury). In these cases, we may offer a transfer of funds to another similar Dance Fierce UK event but will be subject to an administration fee. and/or top-up fee.
